COSTS PER PERSON
The cost and accommodation supplements to attend the event are per person and for the entire period of stay.
Prices valid while places last or until the date indicated.
STAY SUPPLEMENT
€20: Administrative costs, utilities, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette) and SnowWeek bracelet for agreements: ski/snowboard school and rental, refuges, drinks.
Fee per person to be paid upon arrival and valid for the entire period.
€1.50: tourist tax per person/day
SKIPASS
Multi-day ski passes are valid for consecutive days starting from the day of first use.
Please remember that starting from 1 January 2022, every user of the ski areas must have RC insurance. You can use your personal RC (if it includes on-piste activity) or subscribe to one with Snow Week.

PETS
Pets are not allowed on the property, but if someone decides to bring them, there will be a surcharge of € 150.00 to be paid upon arrival at the property; the figure also includes sanitation, which is carried out at the end of the holiday due to the presence of carpeting in all accommodation.
CLEANING and COOKING AREA
The use of the kitchenette implies the final cleaning of the same at the guests' charge. In addition, it will be necessary to dispose of rubbish in the appropriate containers in order to leave the room garbage-free.
Failure to clean implies a charge of € 50.00, which will be requested at check-out, after an inspection of the flat.
DEPOSIT
Upon arrival, a deposit of €30 per person will be requested to cover any damage to the room or common areas, which will be returned upon check-out, once there has been no damage in the residence. In the event that damage is found inside the room, the damage will be entirely charged to the occupants. For any damage in the common areas of the residence, if the person responsible is not identified, either directly or through video surveillance, a portion of the deposit necessary for repairs will be retained from all guests.

SINGLES
If you sign up alone...you won't be alone!
SnowWeek will find other friends to share your apartment and vacation with. Sign up and before you leave we will put you in touch with your temporary roommates at SnowWeek.
DEPOSIT
You will be asked the deposit of 30€ each person on arrival (20€ to cover any damage to your accomodation and 10€ to cover any damage to common areas), that will be returned at the and of the holiday, if there won’t be damages.
If damages are detected in the apartments or in the common areas and managment won’t be able to find real responsibles directly or through video security, a part of deposit will be held.

SURCHARGES FOR 2 OR 3 PEOPLE’S APARTMENT
Apartments with 3 beds: € 35,00 each person.
Apartments with 2 beds: € 50,00 each person.
If some friends are added, the surcharge will be returned
For example, if you book an apartment for 3 people you have to pay 35,00€ more for each people, so 105,00€ more. If later another of your friend will join the trip, you can change your apartment without extra costs and 4th people will have a discount of 105,00€.
If you’re alone and you don’t wanna pay the surcharge, don’t worry! SW will find new friends with who you can share the apartment!
Surcharge extra night: 20€ for persone. If one of you would like to stay one night more, the cost will increase of 20€ for all the roommates. For example, if you book an apartment for 4 people, but only 3 of you would like to stay one extra night, the total surcharge is 80€.
Pet’s surcharges: 150€ for sanitization, to pay on arrival
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
You could subscribe cancellation insurance for your holiday and it costs 20€. You have to subscribe insurance at the time of registration: please, fill the box “note” with your data (name, surname, place and date of birth, adress and fiscal code/tax code)
